Alice in the Wonderland

First of all, I would like to apologise for this slightly late update (hey that rhymes!) I wanted to discuss our theme day in the office, which took place on Friday followed by a lovely barbeque in the court yard early evening. Anyhow, I shall come to that, for now I would like to say it has been a slow week surprisingly! The telephones haven’t been as busy as they were in the previous weeks and I’ve got my hearing back; I can hear the little voices in my head again :p
I really enjoyed the bank holiday weekend, I was really appreciating every moment of it... literally! On the Saturday I was thinking to myself, ‘you are at home tomorrow!’ then on the Sunday I was thinking ‘You’ll be relaxing at this time tomorrow too!’ Then came Monday, and I savoured every minute of that day! On Thursday at work the whole office was busy concentrating on how to theme their team for Friday; in-between calls we were colouring, cutting, sticking, throwing new ideas together. The day went faster than usual because we were kept busy doing all sorts of things! Then on Friday fellow team members baked some cakes and brought in sweets because our theme was ‘Alice in wonderland.’ We decorated our little bay, personalised it with all sorts. We decorated our computer screens. I was tweedle dee and a friend of mine was tweedle dum lol! We dressed in hot pink tops and black jeans! We had a little display table full of cup cakes on a cake stand etc; was very pretty indeed.

Later on at the barbeque we announced who won the theme team day, Team Uzma won! Followed closely by us, Team Richard, with just one point less! I wasn’t very hungry so I actually didn’t have any of the food, but others said it was yummy :-D
